Dr. Lin Zhan serves as the eighth dean of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Nursing, a nationally top-rated school within the country’s #1 public university. She previously served as dean of the University of Memphis Loewenberg College of Nursing (2010-2021), and dean of the School of Nursing at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (2008-2010).

Dr. Tart is founding dean and professor for the Andy and Barbara Gessner College of Nursing at the University of Houston (CON). The College was named in 2023 with a $20 Million naming gift from the Gessners.
Renee Pozza, PhD, RN, CNS, FNP-BC
Dr. Renee Pozza serves as the Dean of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Azusa Pacific University, located in Southern California. She has many years in academic nursing education with roles as Associate Dean of Academic Affairs and Senior Associate Dean of Academic Initiatives and Innovation at APU School of Nursing. She is a board member of the California Association of Colleges of Nursing (CACN) and chairs the Los Angeles area clinical consortium. Dr. Pozza is a board certified nurse practitioner with clinical expertise and research in the field of liver disease and transplantation. She is one of only two nurses to hold Fellow status in the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD).
The nursing programs at Azusa Pacific University will celebrate their 50th anniversary in 2025 and the School of Nursing has recently been restructured into the College of Nursing and Health Sciences under the leadership of Dr. Pozza. Azusa Pacific University is a faith-based non-profit private school with 7 campus locations in the southern California area, with nursing offered in 5 locations. With a diverse student population of over 2,000 nursing students, Dr. Pozza is leading programs and departments that serve bachelors, masters and doctoral nursing students, in addition to the departments of Child Life, Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, and Public Health.
